Supplements I Recommend
Since some people have recently asked, the supplements I recommend to everyone (at least give them a try!) and that I take every day are:
- Lecithin
- Phosphatidylcholine
- This brand actually includes lecithin already
- Vitamin B-complex
- Fish oil
- I was getting the ones from Wonder Labs but maybe they’ve been discontinued?…
- Whatever you get, make sure it’s molecularly distilled or else it could contain heavy metals!
- Multivitamin (men’s, women’s)
