Supplements I Recommend

Since some people have recently asked, the supplements I recommend to everyone (at least give them a try!) and that I take every day are:

  • Lecithin
  • Phosphatidylcholine
    • This brand actually includes lecithin already
  • Vitamin B-complex
  • Fish oil
    • I was getting the ones from Wonder Labs but maybe they’ve been discontinued?…
    • Whatever you get, make sure it’s molecularly distilled or else it could contain heavy metals!
  • Multivitamin (men’s, women’s)
